​Guardian Mindset is a faith-based training and security organization dedicated to helping men and women be equipped to protect their families, missionaries be safe overseas, families to team up in becoming a hard target, churches worship in a peaceful fortress, and businesses safeguard resources and people. We are called to live boldly, serve wisely, and stay secure. We believe every person has a right to work, serve, live, and worship in a secure environment and with the skills and mindset needed to protect oneself and others.

Who are we?
Dau Ayub, Founder
Dau Ayub is a former Foreign Service Special Agent with the Diplomatic Security Service, a licensed and ordained Southern Baptist (SBC) pastor, and a certified NRA firearms instructor. He currently holds a Top Secret security clearanceand is a devoted husband and father.

Having been raised overseas and traveled to more than 20 countries, on 5 continents, Dau brings a rich global perspective shaped by both personal experience and professional service. His background blends tactical expertise, international security, and pastoral ministry—uniquely equipping him to serve churches, missionaries, and families in diverse and challenging environments.

With over 15 years in corporate America and international markets, Dau understands the demands of global work and corporate travel as well. His passion lies in training others, protecting those he loves, and empowering people to live securely—whether at home, in the church, their place of business, or on the mission field.

Above all, Dau is committed to serving the Lord with integrity and purpose, striving to do all things as unto Him (Colossians 3:23).
